Our Process

  • We create the job advertisement and handle advertising and candidate management/sourcing.

  • We evaluate candidates and send shortlist to the client with candidates we find relevant.

  • We invite candidates to complete tests and participate in the first-round interview.

    We use Fairsight's testing module, which includes a user-friendly dashboard. It is easy to navigate, making it simple for the client to find the information they need. This way, all parties involved can easily gain an overview of the test results, ensuring an efficient and smooth process.

  • The client conducts the final interview with the candidate(s) they wish to move forward with in the process.

  • We carry out reference checks.

  • The client agrees with the candidate on terms. New colleague on board!
