AquaPaths journey began with two employees from Seafood People, an executive search and management consulting firm within the seafood industry. Founded in 2015, Seafood People has worked to professionalize the seafood sector. Through our experience with executive recruitment, we identified a significant gap: while many companies were advertising entry-level positions, they often lacked the time and resources to manage these recruitment processes effectively and professionally.
Recognizing this need, we took action.

Leveraging Seafood Peoples extensive network and recruitment expertise, we have developed an efficient and objective recruitment process tailored to the needs of our clients.
