Jørgen has 5+ years experience from the management consulting and executive search firm Seafood People. He has been working with recruitment processes from A to Z covering all continents and the whole aquaculture value chain for several species. Earlier, Jørgen worked as an HR consultant in Sbanken ASA for nearly one and a half years. He spent a total of five and a half years at Sbanken ASA.

After High School, Jørgen spent a year in the Navy in the Norwegian Armed Forces. The next year he studied law, before starting at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). During Jørgen’s time at NHH he had two part-time jobs– one year at Schibsted Media Group, and four years at Sbanken ASA.

Jørgen holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics with specialization in Strategy and Leadership. His Master’s thesis is about the emphasis on fit between leader and follower in recruitment processes. He completed his Master’s degree in the Winter of 2018.

Jørgen is a DNV certified recruiter and a licensed user of AON & Fairsight Assessment Systems.
