Hanna has 2+ years experience from the management consulting and executive search firm Seafood People. She has been working with recruitment processes from A to Z covering all continents and the whole aquaculture value chain for several species.

Before, Hanna worked as a recruiter for the global staffing and recruitment company Manpower. She worked with recruitment and staffing for several different industries in both public and private sectors. During her studies, she worked at Kristiania University College as a receptionist, student mentor and representative for the student’s organisation for HR.

Hanna holds a bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Kristiania University College. Her bachelor thesis examined competence development and how it can be used as a tool for retaining employees. In addition, she holds a psychology diploma from the University of Bergen.

Hanna is a DNV certified recruiter and a licensed user of AON & Fairsight Assessment Systems.
